- User Conduct & Restrictions
By using our Platform, you agree NOT to:
- Use false information or impersonate others.
- Violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Engage in fraudulent activities (e.g., chargebacks, fake reviews).
- Upload harmful content, including viruses or malicious code.
- Disrupt platform security or attempt unauthorized access.
- Intellectual Property
- All content on our Platform, including logos, images, text, and software, is owned or licensed by Dressa Collections.
- Users may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission.
- Vendors retain rights to their product images and branding but grant us a license to display and promote their products.
